The Arkansas Economic Acceleration Foundation is proud to announce John H. Tyson as the 2012 Donald W. Reynolds Governor's Cup Chairman.
Mr. Tyson serves as Chairman of the Board of Tyson Foods, Inc.
A native of Springdale, Arkansas, Mr. Tyson received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Tyson has spent his entire professional career with Tyson Foods serving in a various positions, including CEO from 2001 – 2006. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the company since 1998.
Tyson Foods founded in 1935 with headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas, is one of the world's largest processors and marketers of chicken, beef and pork, as well as prepared foods. The company provides products and services to customers throughout the United States and more than 90 countries.
